Indians place 2nd in Region 5C Baseball Tourney

Last week in the Region 5C Amateur Baseball Tournament the Waterville Indians played one of their most memorable games in many years, downing Morristown in a 1-0, in the semifinals.

Seven days later that game was erased as one of the best ever when they scored six runs in the top of the 9th inning to help them defeat Cannon Falls in the Region 5C 2nd place game and the game which the winner would advance to State.
