XC teams take 4th at Waseca
The boys’ and girls’ cross country teams were on the road last week to Waseca. Both teams finished in fourth place out of eight participating schools.
Jordan won the boys race with 41 points to TCU’s fourth-place finish of 90 points. Kaleb Sharp helped his school when he ran across the finish line with a time of 16:51.
TCU junior Dante Juberian was the first Titan to cross the finish line after the 5K race. Juberian finished in 6th place with a time of 17:59. Behind him were Austin Rutt in 15th place with a time of 19:11.
The next Titan to finish was Chase Goecke in 19th place with a time of 19:19. Junior Michael Pichotta finished in 23rd place with a time of 19:37, and eighth grader, Grant Fitterer finished in 27th place out of 45 runners with a time of 19:58.
In the girls’ team, Faribault won the race with 42 overall points. TCU runners earned 124 points for a fourth-place finish.
