Waterville has SBA Recovery Center available

The City of Waterville now has a Business Recovery Center courtesy of the United States Small Business Administration (SBA).

According to the SBA, low-interest disaster loans are available to businesses and residents in Minnesota following the announcement of a Presidential disaster declaration due to severe storms and flooding that occurred June 16 through July 4, 2024.

The Recovery Center in Waterville is located at 247 E. Main Street and will be open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Businesses and individuals can complete their disaster loan applications, accept documents, and provide updates on an application’s status at this location. Walk-ins are accepted but you can also schedule an in-person appointment in advance.

Disaster loans are available up to $500,000 to repair or replace disaster-damaged or destroyed real estate. Homeowners and renters are eligible for up to $100,000 to repair or replace disaster-damaged or destroyed personal property.
