Waterville city offices to close to public

Effective Thursday, March 20, 2020 City Hall plus all other City Buildings (Library, Public Works Building Police Station and Fire Hall) will be closed to the public until further notice. City Staff will continue to work during business hours of 8: a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for residents to contact via phone or email. If business cannot be conducted by phone or email please call 507-362-8300 to set up an appointment.

Waterville Utility bills can be paid online with PSN by accessing our website at cityofwaterville.com, by phone by calling 1-877-885-7968, or drop box located near the entrance of City Hall.
