NPAS COVID March 13 Letter to Community

EVENT CANCELLATIONS
Following guidelines and recommendations from Minnesota Department of Health to prevent community spread of COVID-19, the following will be in effect immediately, ALL school sponsored and district sponsored events and activities are canceled until further notice. This includes band and choir concerts, parent-teacher conferences, elementary music performances, plays and theater productions, field trips, PTO/PAC, booster, and banquet events. Decisions about Minnesota State High School league events are being made by MSHSL. Teams can continue to hold practice until further notice.
At this time, non-district community events and facility use by non-district groups will not be permitted.

NO VISITOR POLICY
We are also enforcing a no-visitor policy in all district buildings. Visitors will not be permitted to visit students during lunch or at any time during the school day and volunteers will not be permitted in district buildings until further notice.
