Elizabeth "Betty" Claire (Frodl) Molva, 78

Elizabeth "Betty" Claire (Frodl) Molva, age 78, of Glencoe,
Minnesota, passed away on Wednesday, July 22, 2020, at GlenFields
Living with Care in Glencoe, Minnesota, after a courageous battle
with cancer. Mass of Christian Burial was held on
Monday, July 27, 2020, 11 a.m. at Church of St. Pius X in Glencoe,
Minnesota, with interment following at the Glencoe Catholic Cemetery
in Glencoe.
Elizabeth "Betty" Claire Molva was born on August 13, 1941,
in Faribault, Minnesota. She was the daughter of John and Cyrilla
(Evans) Frodl. Betty was baptized as an infant and later confirmed in
her faith as a youth at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Waterville.
She grew up and received her education in Waterville, graduating with
the Waterville High School Class of 1959.
On January 27, 1962, Betty was united in marriage to the late
William "Bill" Molva for 29 years. They made their home in Glencoe
and were blessed with six children, Marie, Joanne, Carol, Carla, Chad
and Kathy. Betty also resided in Arlington and Norwood Young America
prior to her stay at GlenFields Living with Care.
Betty worked at Church of St. Pius X School in Glencoe and
the Young America Corporation in Norwood Young America, Minnesota.
She was a member of Church of St. Pius X in Glencoe. Betty was the
Quest coordinator, served on the TEC retreats and was a member of
Alanon and bible study groups.
Betty enjoyed sewing, crocheting, crossword puzzles, playing
cards and cribbage. She cherished the time visiting with family and
friends, especially with her grandchildren and attending their
activities.
Betty is survived by her; children, Marie Molva-Johnson of
Excelsior, MN, Joanne Kaczmarek of Myrtle Beach, SC, Carol Molva of
Gaylord, MN, Carla Molva of Faribault, MN, Chad Molva and his wife,
Amy, of Norwood Young America, MN, Kathy Theis and her husband, Troy,
of Belle Plaine, MN; Ex-Sons-In-Law, David Ulrich, Robert Timm;
Grandchildren: Nicole Hempel and her husband, Jordon, Nathan
Kaczmarek and his wife, Kristine, Ashley Timm and her special friend,
David Gagnon, Megan Ulrich and her fiancé, Kevin Krueger, Daniel Timm
and his fiancée, Cassidy Rettmann, Kyle Ulrich, Hayden Molva, Bennet
Molva;
Great Grandchildren, Carter Hempel, Kyler Kaczmarek;
Siblings, Rosemary Miller and her husband, Larry, Janet Hench and her
husband, Richard, Gerald Frodl and his wife, Georgann, Nieces,
nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Betty was preceded in death by her parents, John and Cyrilla
Frodl; Ex-Husband and Best Friend, William "Bill" Molva; Sons-In-Law,
Dean Kaczmarek, Ken Johnson; Nephew, Craig Miller.
