Trojans lose finale, to face Waconia in playoffs

The New Prague Trojan football team saw their regular season come to a close Wednesday, Oct. 18, with a 49-0 loss to Owatonna at Trojan Stadium. 

The loss gives the Trojans a 2-6 record - identical to last season. Also identical to list season is the Trojans’ post-season first round opponent. New Prague received the No. 5 seed and will travel to No. 4 Waconia for a 7 p.m. game Tuesday, Oct. 24, at Bayview Elementary School. The Wildcats are 3-5.
