Tigers dominate Titans 55-12
The Marshall Tigers came to Montgomery and dominated the Tri-City United gridiron on Friday, Oct. 13, beating the Titans 55-12.
If it's any consolation, the Titans were competitive, scoring 12 points, which is 1 point less that the most scored against the Tigers this season. That came when they played Waseca who lost 13 - 34 on September 29. Before that, St. Peter scored just 7 points to Marshall's 33.
When the Tigers played New Ulm, Worthington, Belle Plaine and Albert Lea, they held their opponents scoreless.
The first Titan TD came in the second quarter when Zach Sexe intercepted a Tiger pass and ran it 32 yards. The second point came in the fourth quarter with five minutes remaining.
