Planning recommends fence variance
The New Prague Planning Commission recommended approval of a variance for a fence at its Wednesday, May 24, meeting. The fence would be built at six feet, two feet over the ordinance. Resident Joel Wollen was asking for the variance. Six people attended the meeting, four were neighbors who objected to the variance claiming it would cause problems with the sight lines in the area.
