Neptune Swim and Dive team forming in New Prague

As the opening of the New Prague Aquatics Center approaches, Bryce Bachman, Aquatics manager, announces the formation of the Neptune Swim and Dive team. 

Neptune Swim and Dive will be a year-round USA Swimming and USA Diving club team for children ages 6 and up who are interested in competitive swimming and diving. 

Sarah Hagen will lead the club swimming team, and Tracy Torgerson will head the dive team. Hagen is a former University of Michigan swimmer. Torgerson, who is also head coach of the New Prague High School swim and dive team, was an All-Big 10 and All-American diver at the University of Minnesota. 

“We are pleased to have two very qualified individuals leading this team,” Bachman said. He added that information about practice times, date and fees will be made available in the near future.
