A son, Francis Eugene Braith, was born to Nicholas and Elizabeth (Franek) Braith of New Prague on Thursday, Dec. 15, 2016 at Mayo Clinic Health System, New Prague. Francis weighed 8 pounds, 1 ounce and was 20 inches long.

Grandparents are Ken and Nancy Franek, New Prague, Lori and Dorian Cornelius, Medford and Ron and Dodie Braith, Montgomery.

Great-grandparents are Norman Hallet and Albert and Carol Braith, all of New Prague.
