ENM Police discuss training
Elko New Market Police Chief Steve Mortenson and Officer Craig Bell made a presentation about use of force and less lethal munitions. They explained these include pepper spray and other sprays that sting to tasers. Officer Bell is the Elko New Market Police Department’s firearms & less lethal instructor and provided instruction on these weapons to the council.
