Dale Kaisersatt

Dale Kaisersatt. Son. Brother. Husband. Father. Father-in-law. Grandfather. Uncle. Brother-in-law. Friend.
Each role was a gift and held a place dear to his heart. Dale crossed over on April 12, 2017, and is celebrating his 59th birthday on April 14th in a way none of us can begin to comprehend.

Writing an obituary to grasp the makings of a man is difficult. The accolades become insignificant, for how he lived daily life is more defining of the man he was.

Nature was in Dales’ blood. That fresh earth smell. The brisk sunrises and warm sunsets. Fall harvests. An anticipated snowfall. Always wanting to ‘take it all in’.

Music was Dales rhythm. Every genre of music made his fingertips dance and his toes tap. Music was his heritage.
For Dale, no challenge was too great. No mountain too tall, no job unattainable. No trail was too rough and no fairway too tight. All were seen as opportunities to grow and excel.

Trophies sat quietly in the closet, but spending time with family and friends were the priceless memories he valued most. Contractors and homeowners alike held his workmanship in the highest of regard, being completed with precision, skill and integrity.

The simple things – as you can tell from the reflections above - were at the core of who he was. And at that core was an honest simple man, who loved family and cherished friends.

Dale, a Montgomery MN native, is survived by his wife, Michelle (Schloesser), daughter Laura with husband Tim and grandson Ethan Nuehring of Woodbury MN, son Darren of San Clemente CA, brother Daniel and wife Jan (Schulz) of Champlin MN, and a large and loving extended family. He is survived by his mother, Evelyn (Sirek) Kaisersatt of Montgomery MN, and is preceded in death by his father Daniel Kaisersatt.

Dale will be dearly missed.

A Celebration of Dale’s Life will be held at Shoreland Country Club in Saint Peter MN, overlooking the 18th green starting at 4 pm on Sunday, April 23rd.  A sunset inurnment will be held at 7 pm at Woodlawn Cemetery, and returning to the club for a social gathering from 8-10 pm. All are welcome.
